They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, I had to call them back. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. He has me wait three weeks between appointments so resolving one issue has taken months.. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
