It's shocking how little they seem to care about stheir patients. I had foot ssurgery and was given minimal instructions. I contacted the call center with concern after surgery and never received a call back. Went to my post po appointment and 3rd day after sugery i told the Doctor about the burning pain and Doctor Redman informed me that i should have taken off the dressing. He stated " Because i did not do that you caused damage to a nerve and now you can just deal with it".. i told him i called.. he did not respond. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. He and his staff are incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. He never listen he even blamed me for not asking about after sugery instructions, arguing with me instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I followed my instructions that I did get precisely. .and was yelled at and belittle to the point of tears at my lastvisit.. and I do mmean my LAST visit.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I cannot say enough about the knowledge and expertise of Dr Redmond !! I have two daughters in non stop sports. His quick understanding and right on diagnosis of problems/ injuries always show me the man is truly an expert in his field. I have had to take my daughters elsewhere in a pinch but always follow up with Dr Redmond! Other Drs have been good but he is exceptional. He fully explains the issues so you understand! It's also a time saver to have xrays taken and read right in office! Thank you again Dr Redmond!

He is not friendly nor is his staff. They made no effort to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment and in office procedure/surgery was pointless. None of my concerns were addressed, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. He never showed up for my post op appointment. I was in a lot pain and received no follow up care. It took 2 days to get a phone return phone call. I am collecting my records and going to a another Podiatrist.
