When I moved to Columbus a year ago, Dr. Martin was recommended by a friend. She has been my primary care doctor since that time. I am not at all happy with the practice. I have had constant issues with my prescriptions not being called in and I have had to wait sometimes up to 5 days before getting my medication. I needed an adjustment on a medication and I understood the new prescription had been called in. It required a pre-authorization. After calling the office over a week later, I was told a fee of $35.00 had to be paid for a pre-authorization. Someone could have called me to let me know. I asked to speak to Dr. Martin...she was seeing patients...I could leave a message, but she doesn't call patients. Thanks, Dr. Martin, you're pretty useless.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
