Their service may not be terrible, but their billing is horrible. Two times they've submitted a bill to the insurance company wrong. The first one was finally fixed and now they're trying to bill us for the second visit even though we've actually overpaid them. They also submitted the claim wrong this second time for a service my husband did not receive and the claim was denied. So they billed us for the difference instead of paying attention to what they were doing. We will not be going back to this place.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
