Great experience I had at Doc.Roche''s Office !!!!His staff and him are very understanding and comfortable to talk to and ask question's.This was my first big surgery that i have had.The moment I will never forget and that sticks out in my mind is the moment when I was lying in the surgery bed with the oxygen mask on counting down to the moment I will be asleep and mind u I was freaking out inside ;) and Doc.Roche walks in,leans over and smiles and says "are we ready?"I half smiled back lol cause I was in mid thought of running out and that moment I saw on his eyes that he knew what I was feeling without me saying and that I was in good hands and I gave 100 of my trust to him and his staff :)Now I'm on my 2nd week post laser lipo and bodytite and already went back for my quote for breast augmentation :) :) :)Don't hesitate set up an appointment now!!! IT'S SO WORTH IT !!!!!!!! ;)

What can I say except I have been to other cosmetic centers and Dr. Roche and his staff are definitely one of a kind!
Going into this situation you may already feel self conscious and there have been times staff at other surgical centers (in my experience)do not help the situation by not having empathy or awareness being maybe they do not have any issues themselves or are robotic... .but i have experienced at Dr. Roche office not only does his staff have the professionalism and empathetic awarenes, they are genuine in their personalities, where they make you feel very comfortable about yourself no matter what you are self conscious about. Don't let me get started about the fun atmosphere that is incorporated there! I believe Dr. Roche did an excellent job at picking his staff. Thank you thank you.....

I first heard about Dr Roche from a local radio station . And I decided let me see what this is all about. So I went into the office which is so cute they have many pictures of doctor with many celebrities over the years even some current . And I just knew this was going to be my doctor to help me get my breast augmentation done correctly. My experience with the physician in the office girls were amazing. It was such a wonderful time. I had a breast augmentation done in March 2017 and I could not be happier. After talking with Dr Roche I've realized that I would like to go from my A cup which I was to, too a D cup we talked out my concerns to each other because I did have a medical history. But Dr. Roche assured me I would come out even more beautiful afterwards. The professionalism throughout the whole time was so good. There were a few concerns I had throughout the healing process and called the office for answers and every time was a successful answer or solution now. I'm coming up on my last check up and I cannot enthuse enough how much you should come to Dr Roche in Bloomfield Hills. The procedure cost a little more than what I was expecting and wasn't sure if I could have the procedure I had been longing for for many years. But with the help of the person in finances I was able to get my breast done at a very low rate and to be honest my credit is not good.

A lot to say!
I was not looking for a Surgeon with just a good bed side manner or a Friendly Staff.
I wanted an experienced Skilled Surgeon with a knowledgeable Staff.
Well I hit the jack pot!
My Consultation was for a Breast Lift (well needed) My Consult was with both Dr. Roche and his Staff!
I was extremely impressed that Dr. Roche is Triple Board Certified, that made me feel at ease and in good hands!
Nurses Tracy & Amanda are genuinely caring, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Gabriella & Bonnie ( Dr. Roche's Wife) are professional, Informative, caring and just as friendly!
I Decided by Doc's Recommendation to move forward with Silicone Implants & a Lift well needed!
Dr. Roche is definitely a Skilled Surgeon with a sincere bed side manner who exceeded my expectations!!!
Most importantly my Surgery went very well!! I am 3 Months Post OP Happy & feel great!
My Husband is Extremely happy with my results as well!
I think my new Breast look better now the at 21, my scars are healing with no problems. I feel really confident and its so nice to look
in the mirror to see my Boobs looking back at ME instead of the FLOOR!
My Girl friends tell me that I look like I have lost weight, but I haven't, I know its because my Breast are up where they should be
and it makes me look more physically fit!!

A special Thanks to all the Ladies at the office for answering my Numerous phone calls after my Surgery. Thanks for being informative, patient and making me feel confident!
Anyone looking to have a Breast Augmentation, Breast lift or any surgery, please learn as much as you can prior to surgery, remember to have a list of questions at your consultation appointment, the Doctor's time is limited. Understand Trained & skilled staff are able to answer your questions as well! Understand that at some check up appointments you will see the Nurses and not always the Doctor. Understand that this is major surgery, understand you need to have patience with your body. Every one heals at a different pace.
Looking forward to my next procedure, I am going to have The Diva treatment procedure, SOOOOOOOOO looking forward NOT to pee, pee and sneeze at the same time! Make sure you check into The Diva treatment on Dr. Roche's site.
I am Confident to Highly Recommend Dr. Roche to all!

I recently had a facelift and laser done with Dr. Roche. I am 4 months post op and I am thrilled with my results. I was so nervous at the time of my consultation that I had tears in my eyes! The girls in the office are so sweet! They always helped calm my nerves and helped me through every step of the way. At my last follow up I expressed to them how happy I was and made the comment that I wanted to sit in the waiting room and tell all the other potential surgery patients that this office knows their stuff! Had it not been for the support I probably would have never followed through. I look refreshed and awake. I feel wonderful! I am a pilot and all my coworkers are asking how I stay looking so good while flying the red eye! Thank you Dr. Roche and staff!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Roche and his staff due to my friend's recommendation. I was a little nervous, but the staff and Dr. Roche made me feel so comfortable and like I wasn't the only one that had some issues with my body. I had my liposuction surgery done a few weeks later, and it was such a great experience. I was on my way home before I knew it. After speaking with Dr. Roche I knew I wouldn't get instant results the moment I looked at myself after surgery. But you better believe after 2-3 months I looked and felt amazing. I have been following his post surgery instructions, and I finally feel better about myself again. Dr. Roche is wonderful and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a little help!!

I LOVE THIS DOCTOR!! Dr Roche is the best surgeon I have ever met in my life! He's absolutely great at what he does and he definitely knows what he's talking about!! I went to them with issues about my appearance in a bathing suit. I never thought I would be able to wear a top bigger than a small and I was SO self conscious in the summer time. I had a consultation for breast augmentation and Dr Roche took his time to figure out what I specifically needed and what would look best and make the most sense. Most doctors would just brush me along, but not Dr Roche!! You'll never find anyone with as much patience and passion for his work as him! My surgery went smoothly and I never once felt alone, nervous, or scared in the process. I LOVE my new look and I can't wait to show them off this summer! THANK YOU DR ROCHE!!!!

I went to Dr Roche for consoltatio on several issues concerning my aperances , in my professional carrier as biomedical engineer i worked with a lot of plastic surgeon , after i talked to Dr Roche and did see some his work , i realized that he is very talented and trusted.
this week he did for me fractional laser active FX and Deep Fx on my face
had PRP and A cell injected to my face and skull to help with shining hair
had lippo suction and other procedure
i am very satisfied and so lucky that i meet him
