They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
