Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I knew that I wanted to work in a service type of field since I was young. Initially, after college, I was a high school teacher for 4 years. Then I started medical school and I was geared towards primary care from the beginning. I love family medicine in that I get to see patients of all different ages and for a myriad of reasons. There is no one day like another! In primary care, I enjoy getting to see the same patients again and again, building relationships and educating patients about both preventive health and chronic conditions. What I want my patients to know about me: I live in northern Baltimore County but have practiced most of my career in south-central Pennsylvania.
