I had an appointment with Dr. Woojin Chong Kaufman. She is unprofessional, rude, has an attitude, and has poor bedside manner. She spoke in a condescending tone. She refused to answer my questions about the surgical procedures. She wanted me to book a date for the surgery, but refused to explain the procedure and the details about it. She has no time for her patients. I asked her questions, but she cut me off and walked out saying that she needs to see other patients that are waiting. She only cares about her time and is very inpatient. She discriminates her patients. Dr. Woojin Chong Kaufman wasted my time and money. She lacks compassion and I wouldn't want her to operate on me. I don't recommend her to anyone. Find a better doctor.
