Howard Richter, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He then completed his residency at the University of Miami/Jacksonville Memorial Hospital and his fellowship from the Florida Orthopedic Institute.Dr. Richter specializes in orthopedic trauma.
