I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me! It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference! The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Thomas Horn, D.C. definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I feel like Thomas Horn, D.C. goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Thomas Horn, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! Thomas Horn, D.C. has given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips! They know how important it is for my recovery!
