What a CROOK this guy is. Takes test and measurements of you. Tells you one thing then LIES to BWC, and tells them the complete opposite of what he tells you. Obviosly he is in it for the $ and not to help patients. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like to be screwed over. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
