I am a health restoration and wellness specialist. I have over 21 years of experience helping people get well and stay well. I am constantly studying to learn new techniques to provide the best level of care possible. My basic philosophy is that the body is a natural system and its natural state is wellness. The body takes care of itself very well, unless there is some sort of stress, interference or deficiency. So in my my practice I help the remove these stresses, interferences and deficiencies so the body can heal itself and restore balance.

I use low force chiropractic care (no popping or twisting), nutrition, muscle balancing, massage techniques (acupressure, trigger point therapy, percussor etc.), disc decompression, allergy elimination, cold laser and more to help restore and maintain health.
