At Cheryl Welch VMD's office, not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

There are five vets in the practice which is solely owned by Cheryl. Unfortunately,at only 45 years of age, she passed away less than a month ago of a sudden diagnosis of pancreatic cancer that had metastisized all over especially her brain. She took extreme measure to take her four younger children to Disney in FL. She did well there, went into Hospice on return and passed away about 10 days later.:'{ Rest in peace Dr. Cheryl Welch. I miss you already!

All of the vets remaing at Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital are great. They called Cheryl "chief" and worked her way and still do. So dont be afraid to use the five vets there. Dr Schiffman is much like Cheryl was.
