Whenever I go in for my insurance questions they are usually friendly, but I'm never overly impressed. I would under no circumstances ever recommend this insurance agent to anyone. I would scream from the rooftop if I could about how terrible they were if it saved even one person from going there. I expected a lot more of my questions to be answered about my insurance options. Some were answered, but I still left with unanswered questions. Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. HOWEVER, a life insurance policy was left leaving 1/2 the assets to the spouse and other 1/2 to the business. The agent asked to see the documents and promised to bring them back. Over 400 pages of documentations (front and back). The remaining owners said it was fine. However, when the policy came back 1/2 of the pages were missing. ALL pages leaving 1/2 the proceeds to the company were gone and only those to the spouse remained. The owner of the insurance agency himself COMMITTED FRAUD, but there was no way to prove it since there was no other copies. We called the company (not the agent) where we sent the payments and they informed us the policyholder holds the life insurance policy not the company themselves. Yes, I called around and this was the case with many insurance companies. All in all, NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!!!
