Went in for a procedure but they could not even get an IV in to me.
They tried to use the same needle twice and with NO GLOVES. then proceeded to announce my personal health condition within earshot of other patients. After failing 5 times to successfully insert an IV and with blood dripping on the floor, I was told to go over to the hospital for the procedure. As I exited the building they told me not to wait out front for my ride to pick me up. I later received a certified letter telling me never to have any contact with them and my records were deleted off the portal. All because they were unprofessional enough to do their job. Classy.

The staff and nurses were very friendly, courteous, and caring. They answered all my questions over the phone and in person. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I did have a long wait for my procedure but that could have been because of the doctor and not the surgery center. I would definitely chose this facility again.
