I was advised my mom needed a full electric bed by the facilty she reisdes at; the bed is working out well but this co, is a night mare; they have lied to me as far as submitting this to her insurance; the insurance co. advised no documents from them; so they pick & choose who to bill & who to submit to the insurance. the staff are rude & errogant when asking quesitons. I will address this with someone higher up and the facilty who referred them.
