Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
