This supply company was very disappointing. I asked about a prescribed knee scooter and was told that my Federal BCBS did not cover. They never even got on the computer. I called around and found Kinston rented one for $45 a month. This supply company in Wallace wanted $180 a month. Kinston Down East checked Federal BCBS and it was covered. My copay was $13.50 for a month. The short guy's attitude when I have gone there always needs adjusting. I rather go to Kenansville or Kinston than deal with these folks.
