Lincare staff are not doing their jobs. Phone skills are rude. They do not return phone calls as they state. The answer they give is that "it's not their problem!"
I feel unacknowledged by their inability to answer my questions or take responsibility for good, quality patient care.
A patients supplies are needed and care should be taken to provide people in a helpful and timely manner.
Feeling violated rather than dignified!
