I was a patient there in January of 2013 after I had surgery and it was very nice then, but when I had to spend some time there at the end of November after my second surgery it seemed like a different place. There were all new people and even though most of them were very nice, they were so busy I felt bad when I needed to ask for anything. When I asked one of the workers what happened he told me a new company had bought the facility and fired a lot of people and reduced the number of people that worked there. When I needed pain medicine it took a long time to get it, especially at meal time. And the food isn't as good as it used to be either. I guess they changed that too. And this time there was a lady that screamed and cried alot of the time, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. It frightened me at first, I thought someone was hurting her, but then I saw her doing it in the tv room and realized she did it because there was something wrong with her, but no one seemed to pay much attention to it, so I guess it is normal. I would not recommend this place anymore. I will go to a non profit place if I need anymore breaking from surgery.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
