It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.

I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to our situation and understand where we were coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about our family or what we had been through.

Our grandmother was there for 4 years and on numerous occasions we found her with bruises and she 6 broken bones through-out that time. On her last day before she passed (just hours before) we found our grandmother bent up (looked more like a fold up position) in her bed with her mouth wide open hand her tongue hanging out. No one helped us put her in a comfortable position. They are suppose to move the patiences every hour and we found her in the same position, no one came in to check up on her except once and he did not change her position, instead, he came into the room and was swearing and joking about how she was a hard ass, not even caring about how we were feeling at that moment. Another staff walked by and flipped us off without even asking 'how are you'. The next morning our grandmother passed and only 2 people came in to say good bye everyone else walked by without a word or looked in the room and rolled their eyes as if they were saying' it's about time'.
The staff there seem to be way to young and some seem like they are high on something. BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR FAMILY! I understand that people don't have a lot of money to go to high end facilities but check out the place first and find somewhere that seems to fit them better. This place is scary! I am going to report them for ABUSE, NEGLECT, MALPRACTICE, and everything else I can think of. I will have this place shut down!
