The assistant administrator Myra Batac is a nasty rude filpino woman with a bad attitude. She knows nothing about treating people with respect. She only cares about the money she gets under the table from VITAS. She does not care about patients or people or anyone. Send your loved ones to ant other place besides Santa Monica Convalescent Center. You'll thank me later.
