I do not like the fact that staff put clients to bed by 7:00. My family member loves to stay up and watch T.V. but is HIGHLY encouraged to go to bed.

I do not like that staff do not engage clients who if approached will engage but they do not have the ability to do it on their own anymore. Clients seem to go to a pause mode if they are not engaged. Why don't they put together clients who are capable of conversation. Instead of one who would like and enjoys talking with someone who is not capable of carrying on a conversation anymore.

I do not like the way clients are treated by staff when they return at night if they have been gone with family, out to dinner, out for a drive, shopping etc.... for an extended time, which requires the staff to put them to bed after everyone else has been taken care of . Seems like my family member is an EXTREME inconvenience. My family member almost trembles when they knows it is getting late. My family member always asks what time they NEEDS to be back to ensure that they will not get in trouble.

My mother-in-law is living here. It is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and they are doing their best to make a difficult situation as good as it can be.
