Evergreen claims to be a nonsmoking facility. Signs are posted everywhere outdoors, however, it is not the case. My parents were able to move into an apartment that had just been cleaned and become available only to find out they lived next door to a chain smoker. Her apartment began smelling too, possibly due to the air vents and other places that the previous smoker left a residue. My mother all but lost her voice as a result as well as suffered from headaches and nausea from smelling the smoke. When she contacted the higher ups about it they basically told her that the smoker has rights too.

I have noticed other changes in the last year since they have lived there as well; they raised their food prices, give you less food, and call you to try to get additional money for THEIR latest & greatest project of constructing new buildings. RIP OFF and GREEDY are the best words for this place.

Oh, they were also told it would cost them $1,800 to repaint their walls and fill out the picture holes in the wall. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Look somewhere else where you get treated decently and don't get nickled and dimed out of your life savings!
