First off what is with this auto star rating to make this place look better? This place is HORRIBLE!!! Why haven't they been investigated by the state yet? First off the staff all act like they all have something better to be doing than what they are being paid to be there for. My fiances grandmother fractured her hip and was placed in this facility. Upon entering the facility it was like a ghost town. No front desk help at all, staff just walking by us and going into a break room while we stood at the front counter waiting for help, forget asking anyone who works there what room anyone is in they obviously don't know about their patients. Due to having a fractured hip my fiances grandma was told to not walk and call for help with anything she needs using the "call button". Well while we were there visiting we had a question and couldn't find a nurse or anyone else to ask a question to so we pushed the button. Well after waiting 15-20 minutes someone decided to take time out of their busy schedule and check up on their patients. Thank god it wasn't a medical emergency. She also has 2 personal alarms. One in her bed that goes off if she falls out or stands and one personal alarm on her. Well I guess the personal alarm was broken because a staff member saw something sticking out of it and took it off and said "well this one has been broken for awhile". Then the major alarm that sounds off if they get out of bed went off when we were helping her into the wheelchair. They responded to it a little faster than the nurse call button but it was still going off for 8 minutes. That is 8 minutes that she could have been having a major medical problem or laying next to the bed seriously hurt. How this place is still open I have no idea. When I went to give them a yelp review it says closed but I will be changing that. There are planty of facilities around the area that should be checked out before deciding to place a loved one here. I will be contacting whoever I need to to have this place investigated. Places shouldn't be open if they can't handle proper medical care.
