They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
