Highly recommend, though once the nurse practioner dismissed my feeling I had condition X. Several months later when I had the same symptoms, they diagnosed me with that condition. A little frustrating, but noone is perfect. Dr Counts has a great reputation, and it is well-deserved. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. New PA is very enthusiastic but has a tendency to overdoctor some.
