Provider does not care about patients privacy. They always ask personal questions where the entire room could get your information. Felt violated. This was reported. Was given an appointment for 2:30 p.m. but at 3:30 pm still have not seen a doctor. Provider also charges you based on the greater amount they can receive from the insurance company. For example: My insurance pays a 100% for allergy injections but they billed me/my insurance for an office visit instead to receive more money from me and the insurance company. This is a fact because it was stated by the office manager. They only care about the money!!!!!!
