From Dr. Trude's bio on the Allina website. "Best part of my work: "Seeing a patient be able to stop their medication due to lifestyle changes." Practice philosophy: "It's better to improve your health with lifestyle changes than to take medications." I specifically sought Dr. Trude out to work with on developing a plan to get off of my hypertension meds. He was not interested. This was Dr. Trude's exact words to me, "You can't pick your parents." Then he walked out of the room. What a fraud
