The owner Dana Jahn was very rude to me. I was lying on my back and my routine was complete the timer began to go off. My back was hurting so I wanted to get up she heard the paper crackling so she started screaming someone will be in there well I could not wait my back was hurting. So I got up she walk in with another PT and she would not let it go. She embarrassed me in front of everyone. I felt so bad I left and never went back
