They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I will absolutely return to Chai Clinic Of Chiropractic. I had an amazing experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
