They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
