Dr. Maria Doucet is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who treats both Pediatric and Adult patients. She is also a Fellow with the American Board of Otolaryngic Allergy. Our practice includes a full spectrum of services such as Disorders of the Ear, Nose and Throat. We also treat disorders of the Thyroid, Sleep Apnea, Head and Neck Cancer, Sinus Surgery, Voice Disorders, Cosmetic & Facial Plastic Surgery, Allergies and Hearing Loss.
Our Allergy center Acadiana Allergy Center performs testing in the office and in surgery for pediatrics. Treatment of allergies is administered by Subcutaneous Injection or by SLIT (Sublingual Immunotherapy - drops administered under the tongue).
Our Audiology center Lafayette Hearing & Balance Center is directed by a Doctor of Audiology, Adelaide D. Greer, AuD, CCC-A. Dr. Greer offers a full spectrum of Audiology services. This includes hearing aids, hearing evaluations, tinnitus (ringing in ears), evaluation and treatment of the dizzy patient, swim molds and sound protection.

I had nasal reconstruction to correct a deviated septum by Dr. Doucet. She is a great doctor and very caring. The office staff is great also.

Dr. Doucet is a wonderful doctor. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and making sure they have the best treatment possible. Everyone in the office is super nice and always has answered any questions that i have had.
