Instead of just doing the usual and sleeping one more hour... I'm going to trick myself and keep getting up each day at the "same time" as if I didn't turn my clock back. . So now instead of getting up at 7, I get up at 6 which is the "old seven."  Since my work schedule demands I be there at the "new 8" and I get up at the "old 7" I have an extra hour every day to go to the gym!  Sometimes little things like this confuse you enough so you can't talk yourself out of getting up and going to the gym or doing something you really don't want to do. Does anyone have any suggestions or things we can do to help clear out our lungs and detox?    &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also help me out with this one. There is smoke in the air as far as the eye can see. Ash is falling from the sky. Schools are closed. Businesses are closed. People are being told to stay indoors and avoid physical activity. The air quality in some places could not get any worse yet there are still people out jogging!!  What the heck are those people thinking? Do they not realize the  irreversible harm they may be doing to their lungs? Are they just oblivious? Maybe they don't have a tv or a radio. Perhaps they are training for the coal miners marathon.  Here's what I think. They are just morons. Complete idiots.
