No, they didn't even attempt to explain

No. I still haven't talked to them.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met,, but my case is complicated, and I did not forward my records from my doctor before, so I don't really think he realizes the extent of my illness yet. He hasn't called my psychologist, even though he said he would so he could find out more about me and my illness since she's been seeing me for 15 yrs. I think he is kind and intelligent but also busy! The office was easy enough to find.

Although Roger Burress treated me in the past, I was unable to get past his unfriendly, dishonest receptionist to get an intake appointment last month. I even went to his office and spoke to the receptionist in person, who assured me that she would call me with an appointment. Of course, she never called, and each time I called and managed to get through to her, she once again promised to call me with an appointment and then never called. A whole month later, I still don't have an appointment. I doubt that this woman ever let Dr. Burress know that I called for an appointment. Is she holding him hostage?

It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I would recommend them to people I know. They've helped me make a little progress during my sessions,

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
