Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I wasn't all that impressed with their level of service and care, but they weren't horrible. If I were to compare them to other urologists I've seen I'd say they were average. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
