Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never in a million years would I recommend them to anyone I know. I was in so much pain when I left, and they didn't help me at all. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They had really bad breath here, I struggled through my appointment and was trying not to breathe. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The staff was not polite and the doctor didn't seem to refer to charts or remember what was last discussed and seemed confused most of the time.
