Too many new faces have come and gone with this practice. Doctor is the best of the best, but high turnover is concerning for patients. 10 stars for this doctor.

Dr. Mike is our goto person for our healthcare. One stop shop with our health care provider. He will follow your progress from beginning to end. He's the brain of healthcare. For 24/7 availability, it is very difficult to actually speak to him. Too many individuals stopping the doctor-patient connection. Dr. Mike needs to remind the employees that he's available for his patients when they call. Once a small practice, now a practice with too many bodies in the office, rushed appointments, and Dr. Mike unavailable due to other commitments. The look of the practice is no longer exquisite.or impeccable.

The doctor is the best. Waiting room is comfortable, but a more comfortable and inviting look would be better. Still looks like a doctor's waiting room instead of a concierge, home feeling décor. Loveseat should not be so stiff. Needs to be more comfortable. Same with chairs. There's been a lot of changes, but the changes don't seem to be working. A massive turnover at this office. Exam rooms are cluttered, as well as behind the entry counter. Staff lies to patients. The typical verbiage that staff say in all offices. Stop, we are adults. With this being a concierge office, we know how it works. Staff don't understand the meaning of a concierge practice. They are lazy and unprofessional in attire and looks.
Have a great doctor makes a patient look away from the staff though.
