Why am I thankful to Dr. Guiteras?
Generally, for bringing amazing intuition and vast experience to his practice.
Specifically, for “saving me,” on several occasions, from a possible deadly reaction between a medication I was already taking and another med prescribed by another health professional in the community; lucky me to have a physician who understands both my body and my numerous medications!
I am thankful to Dr. G. for introducing me to talented health professionals in our town, namely a physical therapist whose dry needling is, in the doc's words, nothing short of artistry. I am thankful for his sending me beyond our town, for arranging my visit to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where I received valuable advice, etc., etc., etc.
But, most of all, I am thankful for the kindness and caring that is Dr. G. Recently, on a Saturday morning, he opened the office, usually closed on Saturday, to meet me. Recently, on a Sunday morning, he called me at home to check on my condition. These traits, these actions, cannot be described. They are what raise Dr. G. to a level many steps higher than usual medical care.
And finally, I am thankful to Dr. G. for choosing/training his wonderful staff, who are always cheerful and helpful, as is he! Would that we could clone such an individual!

I do not get to be the person I am today without Dr. Guiteras. He is concerned, engaged, interested, thorough, and calming. Would prefer ya’ll didn’t call on him because it’s going to take away from me being a notorious hypochondriac but he is the best.

Dr G is knowledgeable, caring and attentive. He has treated me for many conditions and I’m fortunate to have him take care of me!
