My mom joined Wellington Estates about 3 weeks ago. I have nothing more than good things to say about this facility and my experience with them. The admittance process was super easy because they were there to guide me through all the paperwork and were extremely patient in answering all our questions. Sally, the director, was wonderful to work with and always has a cheery disposition. She went out of her way during our tour to show us all the options for my mom. Since my mom has become a resident, I've noticed that the staff at Wellington are very friendly and helpful and really make an effort to connect with the residents. The facility is clean and well organized, and although I haven't had many meals there yet, what I did have was delicious. I would highly recommend Wellington Estates Assisted Living.

The management and staff at Wellington Estates go above and beyond in the care of its residents. They do an outstanding job keeping the residents safe, healthy, happy, and well-fed. If there was a rating higher than excellent, Wellington Estates would deserve it.

Wellington is deserving of more than 5 stars. They provide amazing care and concern for our family members. The staff is marvelous. We are grateful every day that we chose Wellington Estates for our loved one.

The facility has done an excellent job keeping everyone healthy and safe through the pandemic. They have kept families informed along the way. We are happy with the care and services at Wellington Estates. We would recommend this facility to our friends and other family members.

I am most impressed by the staff at Wellington Estates in not only their day to day enduring efforts, but what they have done to perform and be supportive during this COVID-19 frenzy! Not enough good things can be said! The executive leadership has been superb with their decision making. This has not been an easy time yet they have risen to the occasion each and every challenge.

To staff at Wellington,
You are wonderful! Your individual attention to different likes and dislikes is exceptional. When my aunt arrived she was uncertain and timid. Now all she wants to know is "what is happening today..." She loves bingo, rides and all the activities you provide!

I would like to take a moment to express my gratification and appreciation for your amazingly unlimited accomplishments which you continue to provide for the residents at the Wellington Estates, along with their families. I have experienced other facilities with my mom and it gives me great pleasure to say, none can ever compare. The incredible and delightful ambience you created is not only luxurious but extremely comfortable. The care, assistance, knowledge and attentiveness is highly commendable and admirable. I have never felt more secure with my mom's safety and wellbeing. The constant festivities and activities allows all residents to be as active both physically and mentally as they wish. To say the least, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for providing us with the outrageous lifestyle I always felt my mom was deserving of.

This is a note I should have written months ago. One big giant thank you!! MY mom has been living at the Wellington for 2 years now. Everything keeps getting better and better. The staff is so friendly and always helpful. The food is fabulous! The renovations are gorgeous, cozy, and inviting. All I can say from the bottom of my heart is thank you! My mom was so week when she moved in 2 years ago. Now she is doing much better. So happy we chose Wellington Estates for her.
