Dr. B at Perfect Dental missed 3 cavities. I went for 2nd and 3rd opinion consults and found 3 teeth were not able to be saved due to cavity progression. Also, My Endodontist found a cavity under a temporary crown and was not able to do a retreatment until cavity was fixed. Dr. B should have clearly seen that. These cavities were causing me pain and were on Xrays.
