One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have a large cyst that is compacting my sciatic nerve and is causing excruciating pain, which needs to be addressed ASAP. The good part, I was able to get an appointment with Tara an NP within a few days of calling, and the woman who took my info over the phone said they would be able to access my MRI and they appointment was all set.

I drove from Napa for this appointment, arrived the prerequisite 15 mins early, and then waited for 45 mins. At that point the front desk person came around and said I'm sorry I forgot to check you in and Tara has moved on, we will have to reschedule you. I calmly explained that I had driven from Napa, I'm in a ridiculous amount of pain, and if you took another patient during my appointment time Tara, in theory, should have time to squeeze me. Nope, that's not how they work, no one has time until next week now. Even though I heard the scheduler make a same day appointment, while I was waiting. What bothered me the most was the flippant attitude of 'Sorry, come back later'. You wasted a large chunk of my time, I am in a ton of pain, and you simply don't care. That's not the type of Doctor's office I would ever go back to or recommend. Go somewhere else.
