I came into the office as a first timer on an emergency basis. Although I was not a patient they got me in that day. Dr. Statesir treated me and I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and care. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious. The staff was very friendly and was able to get me in for my follow up appt. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a friendly staff. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I felt much better within a day of my visit. I am very upset that I can no longer go to Dr. Statesir due to my insurance. If my insurance changes in the future I will definitely return to Dr. Statesir for my eye care.
