The doctor is great give him 5stars.....the problem is sherry at front desk...make appointment then said I have no appointment...also was working towards dentures and partials dentist did great job ....had proud approval sherry at front desk new had to have it complete by October 31....went to all my appointments showed up yesterday to have teeth pulled and denture sherry first told me they lost my denture on FedEx so I could not have teeth pulled without denture this was a 1and lifetime deal for me to get this done and paid for ...anyway kept calling finally she said my case was not done yet sorry nothing I can do ...she did not advocate for me the patient at all...she could have asked lab to expedite...no ....sorry will you could have asked Dr to do filling on original plan ..dentist wanted to help but we did not know where my dentures were and I work with public...I took off work made other arrangements..with others I cried I was so disappointed...was so looking forward ..instead I am sick to my stomach ....all she had to do was ask to expedite..dentist should coach her ....not good business practice ..she was the problem

YES HE IS A VERY NICE DENTIST. I WAS ALWAYS AFRAID TO GO TO THE DENTIST, SO I DIDN,T GO FOR YRS UNTIL I HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS. EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE AND MAKES YOU FEEL WELCOME.

Waited years to have my front tooth redone and have a new crown placed, I had gum recession and the metal on the old crown was showing. Dr. colon reassured me all would be fine ! Well I couldn't be happier, wish I would have done it sooner. Thank you Dr. Colon and staff for being so patient with me, I know I was very apprehensive but it turned out perfect, just like you said it would.

Was there twice and both horrible experiences. Treated like I didn't matter. Had pain and swelling and waited for a 5pm appt which is ok for being squeezed in. Place was very busy and seemed chaotic but saw the Dr and was prescribed antibiotics and was to go back in 7 days after infection was gone. Girl at desk gave me appt for following Mon and I had to ask about my prescription. She said to give it an hour and should be ready. No script called in, waited in pain another 16 hrs, called office in morning and had to leave work again to go get it.
Got there for my next appt but was told I had no appt even though I had my appt card in hand. Got an "I'm sorry" our next open appt is in 10 days. No compromise, didn't try to fit me in at all even though my infection would most likely be back by then, not to mention that it was 100% their mistake. My appt was made before whomever ended up getting my spot. Felt like I was being totally dismissed, very embarrassing. Will not go back and will tell everyone I know not to go either.
