Due to the Caronavirus scare, I was reluctant to go to my much needed PT appointment. Due to some family issues, I had missed a few appointments. I was already feeling awkward. I decided to ck it out. I arrived for my appointment. The door was open welcoming me. No sign in just a welcome verbal Hello ! Two people were there to assist me with my physical therapy. I was impressed by how thorough and ready the staff was to keep within the safety CDC guidelines and to reduce exposure. The spacing of the appointments appeared to clearly be a professional judgement as to better navigate this most difficult situation everyone is facing. I would recommend Star Physical Therapy East to anyone who is needing one on one care with any Physical Therapy need. Scott and Craig are very knowledgeable and caring with each visit.

I first went in June 2017 for left knee rehab following TKR - it was a total rehab success. In Jan. 2018 after a rare bone marrow cancer diagnosis 5 months earlier I called for info about the Cancer Fatigue Therapy. I was able to teach another year because of the benefits AND in June 2019 I am staying active and pain managed as I continue to go for sessions even after Medicare runs out! I highly recommend the compassionate and knowledgeable staff who are always eager to greet me and welcome me for each sessions workout.

STAR Physical Therapy on Carothers Parkway is outstanding. Both the clinical and non clinical staff work well together creating an optimal place for rehabilitation. I highly recommend them.
