Came to Revitalized through a groupon which was for three 90 minute deep tissue massages. Only received one hour on the first visit even though I booked a 90 minute massage. The morning of my second appointment it was canceled and I was referred to other massage therapists. I was told I would get a refund for the groupon which was never given. I had to seek the refund through Groupon customer service. I rarely write reviews but you WILL NOT be satisfied with this service. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere reputable.

I found this massage therapist through a Groupon ad. This is the first massage therapist that told me to leave my underwear on for the massage. That meant my glutes did not get a decent massage. She does press on them through the sheets, but it is not as effective as a full massage. Also, the room was very light for a massage. A window in the massage room has venetian blinds and the sunlight pours through them. When I turned from my stomach to my back I was left squinting until my eyes got used to the light. She also played the sound of a bubbling brook complete with birds chirping and squawking, an occasional frog and insects. I prefer relaxing music for my massage. The massage was OK, not the best I have received. I think that could be worked on as the therapist learns what you like. I will not be returning.

Kind of, but not very well

Not that I have seen
Was your massage therapist knowledgeable and experienced in the different types of massages?
No, they only knew how to do one type of massage
Were the massage therapist's hands too cold?
Yes, I was able to bear it but it was definitely uncomfortable

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely, and they adjusted the massage to meet my demands

Yes, they always have specials going on

Not at all. They were very careful and respectful

Absolutely not. They gave everyone the same massage

No, I was always attended to

Not really. It wasn't terrible but I was hoping for more pressure

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
