I have just completed my first 3 sessions with Lisa and her wonderful approach to Yoga. I come away from the classes feeling relaxed, happy that I am doing something good for my body and ready for the challenges of the day. I plan to continue as I think Yoga is great for the mind, body and soul - Lisa cares!
Lisa made my first and only experience with yoga a very enjoyable and enlightening one. I have had a back fusion and two knee replacements, so I needed several adaptations. She knew exactly what adjustments for me to make. She is so sweet and patient, but makes you work! I felt like I was still getting some great exercise.
