I started having pain in my mid/upper back three months ago. I had trouble sitting at my desk for long periods of tome and driving in the car was uncomfortable. I visited two other chiropractors who helped some, massage therapists and a acupuncturist. Someone gave me the name of Dr Raymond Wright. After two visits my back felt so much better and after five or six visits i feel back to normal. I will continue to see him for monthly adjustments (he is very affordable) and will recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain. I have great confidence in him....i think i will see if his weight loss program works

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Raymond Wright, D.C.. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
