They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
