Absolutely shameful that you would file a nonsense legal action against a 14 year old. Even in California they should see through this AND not only throw your suit out but also make you pay for the legal costs the boy & his family had to endure to defend your BS lawsuit. Let me guess, you are also planning on bring a lawsuit against the family of the dog you hit because the dog dented your car when it ran into the street. Hoping karma gives you everything you have coming (which means you may come back as a cockroach in your next life.
